I'm Corinne

I'm a film photographer and writer. I shoot 35mm close to home — light through a curtain, the streets I walk at twilight, my child's shadow — and I think of the work as witnessing rather than documenting: being present to what's in front of me and letting the film finish what I started. The waiting between pressing the shutter and seeing the image is part of the practice. So is the longing that shows up when it comes back.

I co-lead The Focus Circle, an online space for women exploring creativity and inner life, and I host in-person retreats centered on art, photography, tarot, and devotion to creative practice.

I live in Rochester, NY with my husband, our three children, and our dogs, Pete and Rosie.

The Focus Circle

Co-led with Tammi Salas, The Focus Circle is an online space where women gather multiple times a week to do the things they've been avoiding — creative projects, personal tasks, the work that matters most — and build life force by taking action, together.

We meet on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on Zoom, with a monthly community call where members share challenges, progress, and resources.
